Oat milk + chocolate. What could be better? Jazz up your homemade Kitleys oat milk to make a delicious chocolatey treat!
Ingredients
100ml boiling water
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
750ml homemade Kitleys oat milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
Put your cocoa powder and maple syrup in a bowl and add your boiling water. Mix until the cocoa powder has dissolved, then add your chocolate chips and stir until melted. Set aside to cool.
Put your oat milk, vanilla extract and chocolate mixture into a blender. Blend for about 10 seconds until fully mixed. Taste your oat milk, and add more maple syrup if needed.
Keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
